Last Wednesday, again with Land Life, we witnessed the magnificent work they are doing in Canseco, Cármenes (Leon).
In Castilla y León they have reforested a total area of more than 1,500 ha, using up to 50 different native species, with a clear focus on biodiversity and resilience against fire, drought and pests.
In addition, the recovery of these forests will mean the elimination of about 360,000 tons of atmospheric carbon during the first 40 years of its growth. We would especially like to thank Francisco Purroy Balda, Patricia Nieto and Gaspar Caparó for their attention and collaboration with our team.
